Small update on my Bit Torrenting: libtorrent, for what it’s worth, has been very nice to me. It was very easy to convince it to become a Framework. My number 1 priority for my Mac OS X BIt Torrent client is that it be a self-contained Application Bundle. No installer, no Frameworks to place elsewhere. As nice as libtorrent is, Boost is proving to be a major pain in the ass. Major. Temas and I have been working at it off and on for quite some time now, and we just can’t get it to play nicely as a Private Framework inside an Application Bundle!

I really want to get started on this client sometime, but messing with libraries is not what I intended my time to be spent on!
