Dialed. Busy. Set phone to auto-retry. Finally get through. Current time: 6:50 pm. Press buttons through the automated system. On hold. Still on hold. Current time: 7:07 pm. Finally, it gets through! Except it’s an automated message:

Our offices are currently closed. Please call us between 9 am and 7 pm, Monday through Friday.
